Important Performer Information

General Information for Performers

Performance passes are $100. The team director will receive a discount code.
Every registered performer must be performing and must purchase a performer pass.
The team director must submit the application, only one application per team.
Dancers performing in more than one routine are only required to purchase one pass.
Performance passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, they are assigned to individual dancers.
Include dancers' full first and last names in the application.
Please keep performances under 3 minutes.
Director will receive email approving or declining application.
If performance music is not submitted to ISBJ by 11/1/2023 ISBJ reserves the right to pull the team from the performance lineup.
Performance pass includes social dancing on Friday and Saturday nights as well as workshops on Saturday and Sunday.
This is a family friendly event, there will be children present.
We reserve the right to deny performances as we see fit.

Approval

All teams must be approved by ISBJ in order to perform.
All teams will receive an email with approval or denial within two weeks of application.
Applications will be closed after October 28, 2023, you will receive a performer code for the team(s) that are approved. Please share this with your dancers.
You will only receive a code valid for the number of registered dancers on your team(s).
If a non-performer purchases a performance pass they will be asked to pay the difference at registration when they arrive.
Teams must be available to perform Friday or Saturday night. We are not able to accommodate performance night preferences at this time.
Performers must complete a liability waiver at event registration.
Tech rehearsal is at 7:00pm sharp on Friday and Saturday, performers who do not attend tech or are more than 20 minutes late will not be able to perform out of respect for those who were on time.

Payment/Confirmation

Only one performer per performance pass.
Performer passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All sales are final for performance passes.
Performer will be added to list of registered performers, please bring a valid photo ID when you check-in.
Performers must wear their wrist band for the duration of the event.
Approved teams must purchase passes before November 1, 2023.
